ENVIRONMENTAL
JUSTICE FOR THE YAKIMA VALLEY

Join the Washington Department of Fish & Wildlife in making a difference today for a better tomorrow

Overview

Our community faces a constant looming threat of environmental injustices that has escalated tremendously within the last few decades all across the globe. The constant rise of mega corporations, industrial expansion, and a continuous energy demand have all severely damaged our environment and already left scars across the landscape. There is still hope though, where we can all make an effort towards combating the effects of these injustices as well as help to mitigate future climate damaging actions.
